When does a ballot get drawn?
The ballot draw date will be on the ballot page when you enter, however draw date is subject to change.
Ballots are drawn completely at random, ensuring all members have a fair and equal chance of obtaining tickets.
We have millions of members and varying numbers of tickets available for each ballot meaning that you may not always be successful. We draw waiting lists at random if we have cancellations for a balloted event to try and offer more members the chance to attend.
Please note, we do not take requests to be on a first reserve list.
Will you be getting tickets to ‘X’ event?
Unfortunately, we cannot advise which events we will have tickets for - All events will be made available on the Blue Light Card website and app as soon as they are available, so please keep an eye out.
How many tickets am I allowed for an event?
You can select the amount of tickets you want when you enter a ballot or book tickets. If the event page states ‘A Pair of Tickets to X event’ you will have x1 entry for x2 tickets.
Amounts will vary between events depending on availability and time scale. It is limited to a maximum of 5.
It is only one booking per member. Any double bookings will be cancelled and put back into the pot to be booked.
