Can I change the tickets I’ve won – different date/locations etc?
Unfortunately this will not be possible, all of our tickets are non-transferable to any other date/location or person.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
Please refer to your Enjoy email as all information regarding the specific event will be found on there
Can someone else collect tickets on my behalf?
All tickets must be collected by the Blue Light Card holder
Who can use the tickets?
Tickets must be used by the Blue Light Card holder. A member can bring guests with them, but the Blue Light Card holder must be in attendance to the event.
Tickets may not be passed on or sold on at any cost. If you pass on your tickets, you are risking the use of your account.
What do I wear to events?
Unless otherwise stated, there is no dress code for events, dress in whatever you are most comfortable in. Some events will require specific dress codes, but this will be specified in the event information.
Need to cancel your attendance?
To cancel your tickets for a Blue Light Tickets event, please email cancellations@bluelighttickets.co.uk and provide the event that you need to cancel your attendance for.
