🔐 How do I change the password for my account?

If you can’t log in, you can reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot password?’ on the logging in page via our website or app.

💌 What happens next?

• Enter the email address linked to your account

• We’ll send you a password reset email

• This may take up to 1 hour to arrive in your inbox
  ⏳ Please avoid clicking the ‘Forgot password?’ link multiple times. Each request cancels the previous one, which can make the link stop working

🔒 Creating a strong new password

Make sure your new password includes:

• 1 uppercase letter

• 1 lowercase letter

• 1 number

• 1 special character from this list: @ $ ~ # % & ! * ? ^ -

• At least 10 characters total

• No more than 2 repeated characters in a row (like “aaa” or “111”)
