If your discount code or discount isn’t working, don’t worry – check these common issues before reaching out:
❗ 1. Check the Offer’s Terms & Conditions
🔍 Is your item or booking excluded?
Some products or services don’t qualify for discounts – this is outlined in the terms and conditions of each offer.
✅ Make sure what you’re buying is eligible before contacting us.
🔄 2. Has Your Discount Code Already Been Used?
Discount codes are single-use, so if you've already redeemed one, it won’t work again.
➡️ You can request a new code using the link on the offer page.
⏳ 3. Have You Reached Your Request Limit?
Each offer has a 3-month cooldown between discount code requests.
You can request another code 3 months after your first one was issued.
đź“‹ 4. Are You Following the Redemption Steps?
Every offer is different.
Read the offer description carefully to make sure you’re redeeming it the correct way (online vs. in-store, discount code entry, etc.).
🛠️ Technical Issue With an Offer?
If you can’t access a discount code or link, please submit a request, and we’ll look into it.
➡️ Sometimes we need to contact the company directly, which may mean the offer is temporarily removed while we fix it.
🙏 Thanks for your patience while we sort it out!
⚠️ Important: Made a Purchase Without the Discount?
If you continue with a purchase without applying the discount, you’re accepting the price without the offer.
📩 You’ll need to contact the company directly for any refund or resolution – it’s at their discretion.
