What is it?
Blue Light Tickets gives you free or exclusive access to music, sports, theatre, comedy, family days out, and more either via first come, first served or ballots.

Who can use it?
Only verified Blue Light Card holders. You can bring guests, but the cardholder must attend and collect the tickets.

Can I change or transfer my tickets?
No—tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and only valid for the attendee, date, and location specified.

Can I cancel?
If you cancel, email cancellations@bluelighttickets.co.uk and include your event details. But there’s no refund If the event cancels, hang onto the cancellation email to request replacements.

How do I get my tickets?
Watch your confirmation email it includes instructions on where and when to collect or show tickets.

How do ballots work?
• Dates for draws appear on each ballot page dates may change
• Draws are random to ensure fairness
• You can’t jump the queue no “reserve lists”Â

How many tickets can I get?
• Up to 5 tickets per event, depending on availability
• A pair ballot gives you one entry for twoÂ
• Only one booking per member duplicates may be cancelled

Do I need a dress code?
Usually no. Unless the event says otherwise, wear what you like!
