We’d hate for you to miss out on the incredible discounts, offers, and exclusive experiences available to you. Renewing your membership is quick and easy here's everything you need to know.

Renewing your membership 

(1) Start from Your Card Section
Look for a yellow banner that says ‘Renew Membership’ and click to begin.

(2) Follow the Simple Application Stages

Stage 1:
✔ Review your personal details

✔ Confirm or update your delivery address

Stage 2:
✔ Confirm your employment / retirement details Please find our list of approved documents, including retired member eligibility, here.

✔ Upload your required documents
(If you've retired, you can update your employment status in your account by clicking Your Account, then Personal Information)

Stage 3:
✔ Make your £4.99 payment

🔄 Cant see the banner?
Check your card’s expiry date it might not be time yet.
(Make sure you’re logged into the account linked to your original card, check the email you received the renewal notification on)

↩️ Need to go back a step?
Use the Back and Next buttons to navigate between stages.

Wait for Your ID to Be Verified
We’ll email you once your ID has been approved or if we need anything further.

❌ ID Declined?
You’ll be able to upload another form of ID directly in the Your Card section unless we’ve confirmed you're no longer eligible.
