You can begin your renewal up to 30 days before your current card expires.
Please note: Once you start your renewal, you'll temporarily lose access to offers until your ID has been approved.
During the renewal, you'll be asked to:
- Confirm your delivery address.
- Confirm or update your name, job details and employment status if they've changed.
If you've retired since your last application, you may still be eligible. Check the Eligibility section of our Help Centre to confirm your eligibility, then update your employment status to Retired during the renewal so it matches your ID.
If you have everything ready, the renewal should take around 10 minutes.
Shortly after approved, you'll regain access to offers and your digital card. Your new physical card should arrive within 14 days of approval.
