If you've received confirmation that your ID has been approved and your application is complete:
Your virtual card might look blurry  thatâs completely normal!
Your physical card is now being printed
Your account should update within 24 hours and unlock your offersÂ
đ Still waiting for approval?
Havenât had an email yet to say your applicationâs been approved?
There might be one or two things left to finish, like:
Uploading your ID
Making your £4.99 payment
đ Head to the âYour Cardâ section of your account to check whatâs still pending.
If youâve uploaded everything already, our team is reviewing it  keep an eye on your inbox. Once approved, offers will unlock the next day.
đ Got a blurry card in your account?
That means your card is still being processed.
Sometimes this happens if you marked a previous card as lost.
To fix this:
Go to âContinue card requestâ in your account
Follow the steps to complete your application
If you donât see this option, weâre likely still processing your application check back tomorrow.
đ Seeing sign-up steps even though you already have a card?
You might be logged into the wrong account.
Hereâs how to check:
Tap âLog outâ in the âYour Cardâ section
Log back in using any other email addresses you own
(Hint: try your work email many members register using that and forget)
If you're logged straight back in to the same account, try:
An incognito/private browser window
Clearing your cache and cookies

You can test if another email has an account:
Go to the login page
Enter your email and click âForgot password?â
If you get a reset email, then thatâs the account linked to your card!
