Let’s keep it simple – here’s who qualifies under this category 👇
✅ Employed
You're eligible if you're currently working as a Personal Assistant (PA) with ILG.
Because this category is exclusive to ILG PAs, we’ll need to confirm your employment with ILG when you apply. Sign Up Here! 💼
We only need to see documentation that proves your current employment to check that you are eligible. When you upload your documentation, we recommend that you redact all information other than your name, employer and date.
✅ What can I use as proof of employment?
You can upload:
Two documents dated at least 4 years apart (e.g. employer P60s or payslips)
An employment or leaver letter showing your start and end dates
A professional registration record showing your work history or cease date
❌ Volunteers
At the moment, volunteers aren’t eligible under this category.
🌍 What about UK Crown Dependencies?
Good news! 🎉 We accept applicants from the following UK Crown Dependencies:
Jersey
Guernsey
Alderney
Sark
Isle of Man

🧾 Retired Personal Assistant
You're eligible for a Blue Light Card! 🎉
To apply, simply upload:
📄 A pension document from any provider
📝 Proof of at least 4 years’ relevant employment
We only need to see documentation that proves your retired status/former employment to check that you are eligible. When you upload your documentation, we recommend that you redact all information other than your name, pension provider, and if you need to provide supporting evidence of former employment you redact all information other than your name, employer and date.
