The wallet is the section in your account where you can view any Shopping Cards you’ve already purchased.

Blue Light Card takes strong measures to protect your payments. This includes working with trusted suppliers, using strict internal security checks, and asking for extra authentication steps when needed.
🗝️ My membership has expired, how do I access my purchased Shopping Cards?
You can still log in to your account to view any Shopping Cards you’ve already bought. These will be in the wallet section of your account.
Please remember that all Shopping Cards must be used before their individual expiry date, which you’ll see when viewing each card.
💳 Can I check my Shopping Card balance, and how do I do this?
Yes if the provider offers a balance checker, you’ll find it in the wallet section of your account.
⏳ What happens if I don’t click the link to access my Shopping Card?
You’ll need to open the link within one year of purchase. After this time, the Shopping Card can’t be redeemed.
Refunds are only possible if the Shopping Card hasn’t been viewed and is within the 14-day cooling-off period after purchase.

Yes, if the provider supports it, you’ll be able to download or print your Shopping Card to use in-store.
