🛒 Can I use my Shopping Card online, in-store, or both?
That depends on the Shopping Card you’ve purchased. You can find the retailer’s terms and conditions on the offer page for your Shopping Card, which will confirm it's usage and any restrictions. 

💳 Why can’t I top up my Shopping Card?
The amount loaded onto your Shopping Card is fixed at the time of purchase, and cannot be topped up or reloaded at this time. Due to this, you’d need to purchase a new Shopping Card for the retailer once the balance is low/used. 

However, the card can be used across multiple transactions until the full balance is spent. 

🏬 A store won’t let me use multiple Shopping Cards for one purchase, why?
Each retailer sets their own rules on using multiple Shopping Cards. You’ll find these in the retailer’s terms and conditions on the offer page. We’re not able to control this, as it’s at the retailer’s discretion.
 

🛍️ I tried to use my Shopping Card in-store, but it didn’t work at the till what should I do?
Please contact our support team, so we can investigate and assist you.
 

🏚️ The retailer I purchased a Shopping Card from has gone bust what can I do?
If the retailer has ceased trading, the Shopping Card unfortunately cannot be redeemed.
Please contact our support team with your order details and we’ll review your case to see if a refund is possible.
If we’re unable to issue a refund directly, you may still be able to claim your money back by contacting your bank or card issuer to request a chargeback.

⏰ What do I do if I didn’t get my Shopping Card in time to make a payment?
If you weren’t able to use your Shopping Card for your planned payment, don’t worry, it will stay in your wallet and can be used for a future purchase with that retailer.

↩️ I’ve purchased a Shopping Card but no longer need it can I return it?
Yes, Shopping Cards come with a 14-day cooling-off period. If you haven’t viewed the card yet, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team and they’ll be happy to help.

⏳ What happens if I don’t use my Shopping Card before it expires?
Shopping Cards must be used before their expiry date. Once expired, they can’t be redeemed or refunded — so it’s a good idea to check the date shown on your card.
 

🌍 Can I use my Shopping Card abroad?
That depends on the retailer. Please check the retailer’s terms and conditions on the offer page to see if your Shopping Card can be used overseas.

✈️ Can I purchase and use Shopping Cards outside of the UK?
Yes, you can buy Shopping Cards from outside the UK. However, some retailers may place limits on where their cards can be used. You’ll find these details in the retailer’s terms and conditions on the offer page.

💷 Will discounts change after I buy a Shopping Card?
No — the discount is fixed at the time you purchase your Shopping Card and cannot be changed afterwards.
