You can cancel and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven’t viewed or redeemed your Shopping Card.
To cancel, please raise a support ticket within 14 calendar days. Once cancelled, we’ll refund the price paid for your Shopping Card.
⏳ I’ve requested a refund but haven’t received it yet, how long does it take?
Refunds can take 5–10 working days to clear with your bank and appear in your account.
🎉 I bought a Shopping Card, but it’s now part of a boosted promotion with better savings. Can I get my money back?
We’re not able to adjust orders or refund the difference if a boosted promotion becomes available after your purchase.
This doesn’t affect your right to cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period (if the card hasn’t been viewed or redeemed).
📦 I haven’t received the goods I purchased using my Shopping Card, can I get a refund?
The provider is responsible for fulfilling goods bought with your Shopping Card. Please contact them directly.
Note: Once a Shopping Card has been viewed or redeemed, it is non-refundable.
🛒 The goods I wanted to buy are out of stock, can I get a refund for my Shopping Card?

If you’ve been double charged, please contact our support team with your transaction receipt and order details so we can help.
🚫 A payment was made for a Shopping Card that I didn’t authorise, how do I get my money back?
If you didn’t authorise the payment, please contact your bank to dispute the transaction.
👥 A friend or family member used my account to buy a Shopping Card I can’t afford, can I get a refund?
If you didn’t give permission for them to use your payment card, you can raise a dispute with your bank.
⚖️ I want to dispute a payment charged to my account, what’s the process?
If the payment wasn’t authorised, please contact your bank to raise a dispute.

🎁 Order cancelled and a new gift card issued, can I get a refund?
If your order was cancelled and the retailer issued a new gift card, the funds now sit with them not us. That means we can’t reverse, access or refund the balance.
Here’s what to do next:

Refund the gift card value back to your original payment method
Cancel the gift card and process a refund instead
They may be able to help if they can see both the cancelled order and the new card they issued.
