You’ll always find your Shopping Cards in the wallet section of your account. Any Shopping Cards you’ve bought will be stored there. Please contact our support team if you cannot view or locate your Shopping Card.
đź§ľ Where can I view a receipt for my order?
You’ll get an email receipt after purchase. This shows your order number and the date of your purchase.
đź’· Will I receive a VAT receipt for my purchase?
VAT is already included in most Shopping Cards. We’re not able to provide a separate VAT receipt.
📩 I haven’t received my email receipt and may have entered the wrong email address, what should I do?
Please contact our support team and they’ll be happy to help update your details and resend your receipt.
⏳ I haven’t received the Shopping Card I purchased, what should I do?
Shopping Cards normally arrive instantly. If it’s been more than 2 hours and you still haven’t received yours, please contact our support team so we can look into it.
