- Gift Vouchers, e-cards and gift balances are valid for 24 months from the last activity. After 24 months any remaining balance will be removed.
- Gift Vouchers are redeemable against wines, beers and spirits products, however they are not redeemable against other products such as food products.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for Winebank contributions.
