We've recently identified a technical issue in our app which has stopped members from accessing any of our online offers.
We have looked into this further and advise completing the following steps:
Try to redeem another offer now, if you're still logged in
Log out and back into your account, and try using offers again
If that doesn't work, please close and reopen the app and try again
The above should then reset your app so that our offers are accessible again.
