We’ve improved the experience for members with better discounts from more providers. Plus, everything related to Shopping Cards is now managed directly in your Blue Light Card app and website.

Q: I purchased a gift card through Reward Gateway before this service was closed, is it still valid?
A: Reward Gateway (previously Voucher Shop) has now closed for new purchases. If you have existing card balances, don't worry, you can still access them. Simply log in to your Reward Gateway account via Blue Light Card, go to the ‘My Account’ section, and select ‘View My Purchases’.
Just remember to check your card’s expiry date, as any remaining balance will expire after that point

Q: My Reward Gateway gift card is blocked.
A: Thank you for getting in touch and letting us know.
We’re aware that some members have experienced unusual activity relating to Reward Gateway. As a precaution, Reward Gateway has suspended a number of accounts for security purposes.
To resolve this, you’ll need to contact Reward Gateway directly in relation to this query, as Blue Light Card are not involved in the transaction. We also do not have any access to their systems.
