1. The Picturehouse Adult Regional Voucher can be exchanged for one admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any of the following Picturehouse Cinemas: Arts Picturehouse, Exeter Picturehouse, Regal Picturehouse, Cinema City Picturehouse, Harbour Lights Picturehouse, City Screen Picturehouse, Phoenix Picturehouse, Stratford-upon-Avon Picturehouse, Duke of York's Picturehouse, Picturehouse @ FACT, The Cameo Picturehouse, Duke's at Komedia Picturehouse, Picturehouse at Science and Media Museum, The Little Theatre Cinema.
2. Not valid for use at any London Picturehouse Cinema or Picturehouse Central. Tickets are subject to availability. Uplift charges for any film which is not a standard 2D film may be payable by the Voucher holder. Not valid for any non-standard (premium) seating or any non-film performance.
3. The Voucher can be used to make bookings online at www.picturehouses.co.uk, via the Picturehouse ticket booking app, or in person at any Picturehouse Cinema (excluding any London Picturehouse and Picturehouse Central) and cannot be used to reserve tickets by telephone.
4. When booking online/via the app (i) credit/debit card information must be provided (for processing purposes) and (ii) a booking/processing fee per transaction will apply. Customers who do not wish to pay the booking fee can exchange their Voucher for a ticket in person at the cinema.
5. Each Voucher is considered to have been redeemed when the booking of tickets is confirmed. Each Voucher may only be used once.
6. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required.
7. The Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. There is no cash alternative; the Voucher is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
9. Picturehouse Cinemas reserve the right at its absolute discretion to refuse admission.
10. Picturehouse Cinemas reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies.
