💳 Which retailers support Shopping Card top ups?
We're only able to offer top ups for a select number of retailers currently, but we’re working hard to get more added

🤔 Why can't I top up a Shopping Card I've previously bought for an eligible retailer?
Shopping Cards for eligible top up retailers purchased before 27/05/26 won't be able to be topped up. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
You will need to purchase a new Shopping Card for that retailer and have viewed the card for the top up function to be available.
❓ How do I top up my Shopping Card?
- Purchase a Shopping Card from one of the retailers that allow top ups (see above)
- To top up, you must have viewed the original Shopping Card
- Go into your Wallet and find the Shopping Card
- Click on the Top Up button
- Complete the purchase process to add the additional funds to your Shopping Card
- Please note, top-up amounts may be subject to limits set by the Provider. Any applicable limits will be shown at the point of top-up.
🤔 How do I check the balance on my top-up Shopping Card?
There is a Check Balance button in the Wallet
This will either display the correct balance directly in the Wallet, or you will be directed out to the brand website where you may need to enter the card number and PIN of your Shopping Card to see the balance.
🤔 Why is the Check Balance value different from the value I see when I view the Shopping Card?
Some of our brands do not support a live balance check within the Card View and your balance may be shown as the last value purchased. You can always click Check Balance to see what your live balance is. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
⏳ What is the expiry date on my topped-up card??
The expiry date of the topped-up card will be reset to the latest day of purchase. Shopping Cards must be used before their expiry date. Once expired, they can’t be redeemed or refunded - so it’s a good idea to check the date shown on your card.
💳 How can I get a refund for my top up?
All top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. The 14-day cooling-off period that applies to Shopping Card purchases does not apply to top-ups.
