A Cinema Voucher is not a ticket and does not reserve you a seat for any film or screening time.
To reserve your seat, you must book a ticket directly with the cinema provider you selected, using your voucher at checkout.
Screenings, seating types, and food and drink are subject to cinema providers' availability at the time that you use your Cinema Voucher.
🛜 Do I need internet access to use my Cinema Voucher at the cinema?
It's worth downloading or taking a screenshot of your Cinema Voucher before you head out, just in case the cinema has patchy signal.
Once you've saved it to your phone, you won't need to be online to show it at the till.
⌛ Where can I see the expiry date of my Cinema Voucher?
The expiry date of your purchased Cinema Voucher can be found on your confirmation email and within your Blue Light Card Wallet.
