Your cinema voucher will be delivered digitally into your Blue Light Card Wallet once you have completed your purchase, ready to use whenever you're ready.
💺 Does buying a cinema voucher guarantee me a seat?
A cinema voucher is not a ticket and does not reserve you a seat for any film or screening time.
To reserve your seat, you must book a ticket directly with the cinema provider you selected, using your voucher at checkout.
Screenings, seating types, and food and drink are subject to cinema providers' availability at the time that you use your voucher.
🛜 Do I need internet access to use my voucher at the cinema?
It's worth downloading or screenshotting your voucher before you head out, just in case the cinema has patchy signal.
Once you've saved it to your phone, you won't need to be online to show it at the till.
⌛ Where can I see the expiry date of my voucher?
The expiry date of your purchased voucher can be found on your confirmation email and within your Blue Light Card Wallet.
