💸 Can I get a refund if I don't use my cinema voucher?
Unfortunately not. Once you've bought and viewed your cinema voucher, we can't offer refunds or exchanges, even if your plans change.
We're also unable to offer refunds for cinema vouchers (regardless of viewed status) after the 14-day cooling off period has expired
However, you can use your voucher for any eligible screening – it doesn't need to be the same one you had initially planned!
💸 Can I get a refund if I have to cancel my booking?
If you cancel your booking, we cannot refund or replace your cinema voucher.
📽️ What if the cinema provider cancels my screening?
If the cinema provider cancels your film screening, you'll need to contact them directly in respect to the cancellation. We're not able to support you in this circumstance.
This extends to any issues you encounter with purchased extras like popcorn, drinks and snacks.
