🛠️ There is a technical issue with my cinema voucher. What should I do?
If a cinema voucher does not work, you will need to contact us via the support link on the Blue Light Card website.
We will investigate the issue and if we find that the voucher does not work due to a technical issue caused by us (e.g. a broken link), we will either replace or refund it. If the issue is not caused by us, you may need to get in touch with the cinema provider directly.
