Once you have access to our new Cinema experience, you can no longer make a purchase using Service Seats.
Rest assured, the savings you enjoyed on Service Seats are now available in the new Cinema experience which can be accessed in your account.
🎟️ I have Service Seats vouchers that I haven't used yet. What happens to them?
You can use your existing Service Seats vouchers as usual. The voucher codes can be found in your confirmation emails. Please check the confirmation email for any expiration dates that apply.
What was Service Seats?
Service Seats gave Blue Light Card members special access to discounted cinema vouchers from your favourite chains 🎬✨ You can now use Cinema for this!
Will I pay extra to book online using a Service Seats discount code?
Some cinemas may charge an online booking fee. It’s a good idea to check the ‘How To Use’ guide for your chosen cinema before purchasing.
When would I have received my code?
Your Service Seats voucher will have been delivered instantly and digitally. If you have any Service Seats vouchers left, they should still be ready to use when you're ready next time you purchase cinema tickets 🍿
Can I get a refund if I don’t use my voucher?
Unfortunately not. Once you’ve bought a Service Seats voucher, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges even if your plans change.
What if my screening is cancelled?
If you cancel your booking, we can’t refund or replace your voucher. If the cinema cancels the booking, keep your cancellation email, as it will be needed to request a replacement code.
