1. The Reel Child eCode can be exchanged for one child admission ticket to a standard 2D performance at any Reel Cinema.
2. A ‘Child’ ticket can be bought for anyone between the ages of 2 years old to 12 years old (proof of age may be required).
3. The eCode is not valid for 3D, special screenings, premium seating or Event Cinema including (but not limited to) Documentaries, NT Live, ROH Live, MET Live, Television programmes or series/seasons, and Live Concerts. It may be possible to upgrade to non-2D (e.g. 3D), this will need to be arranged with the individual cinema and additional charges may apply (for example 3D glasses).
4. The eCode is valid until the date shown. Once expired, the eCode will be invalid and cannot be extended, replaced or refunded. It is not replaceable if lost or stolen and no refund will be given.
5. The eCode may be used to book tickets online at reelcinemas.co.uk only. The eCode cannot be used in person at the box office or via the telephone booking service, nor does the eCode give you priority over any other customer.
6. When booking online, debit/credit card information may be requested (for processing purposes).
7. Admission is subject to availability and normal ages restrictions apply. Please note that your selected cinema may require you to provide evidence of your entitlement to purchase (e.g. proof of age or concession status).
8. Each eCode may only be used once (you are judged to have used your eCode at the point that you book a ticket with it). If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund.
9. This eCode may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. There is no cash alternative to this eCode, it is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
11. Reel Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission.
12. Reel Cinema reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time and without notice. These T&Cs and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Use of the eCode and ticket are subject to Reel Cinema’s Website Terms of Use and Terms of Entry available at reelcinemas.co.uk, Reel Cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission in accordance with these terms.
