To use the Blue Light Card app, your device will need to meet the following Operating System (OS) version requirements:
iOS 16.0 or above. The app will not work on iOS 15.8.8 or below. To check your version and update:
- Go to the Settings app.
- Tap General, then tap Software Update. The currently installed version of iOS is shown, and if an update is available.
If an update is available, tap Download and Install, then follow the onscreen instructions.
The app is not currently supported on iPads, but you can access Blue Light Card via our website!
Android 12 or above. The app will not work on Android 11 or earlier. To check your version and update:
- Go to the Settings app.
- Scroll to and tap About phone or System.
- Scroll until you find your Android version.
- To check for updates, head back to the main Settings menu
- Tap the search icon and search for Software update or System update (depending on your model). You may also need to tap Check for updates.
- If an update is available, tap Download. Depending on your model, a notification may appear displaying the download progress.
- Tap Update or Install on the settings page or notification. Your device will reboot and update.
