Just received your approval email and wondering when your physical card will arrive?
Check your virtual card - this should appear in the app within 1 hour of your application being approved.
Track your card's progress - you can check what stage your card is at any time in the Your Card section of the app or website.
Wait for your dispatch email - your physical card is printed and posted within 3-5 working days. We'll email you to confirm the dispatch date.
Allow 14 working days for delivery - this runs from the date of your dispatch email.
Requesting a reprint
If your card hasn't arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch email, you can request a reprint via the Your Card section of the app or website.
Within 90 days of your dispatch date - free of charge
