To cancel your tickets for a Blue Light Tickets event, please email cancellations@bluelighttickets.co.uk and provide the event that you need to cancel your attendance for.

Can I change the tickets I’ve won – different date/locations etc?

Unfortunately this will not be possible, all of our tickets are non-transferable to any other date/location or person.

Where do I pick up my tickets?

Please refer to your Enjoy email as all information regarding the specific event will be found on there

Can someone else collect tickets on my behalf?

All tickets must be collected by the Blue Light Card holder

Who can use the tickets?

Tickets must be used by the Blue Light Card holder. A member can bring guests with them, but the Blue Light Card holder must be in attendance to the event.

Tickets may not be passed on or sold on at any cost. If you pass on your tickets, you are risking the use of your account.

What do I wear to events?

Unless otherwise stated, there is no dress code for events, dress in whatever you are most comfortable in. Some events will require specific dress codes, but this will be specified in the event information.

To cancel your tickets for a Blue Light Tickets event, please email cancellations@bluelighttickets.co.uk and provide the event that you need to cancel your attendance for.

When does a ballot get drawn?

The ballot draw date will be on the ballot page when you enter, however draw date is subject to change.

Ballots are drawn completely at random, ensuring all members have a fair and equal chance of obtaining tickets.

We have millions of members and varying numbers of tickets available for each ballot meaning that you may not always be successful. We draw waiting lists at random if we have cancellations for a balloted event to try and offer more members the chance to attend.

Please note, we do not take requests to be on a first reserve list. 

Will you be getting tickets to ‘X’ event?

Unfortunately, we cannot advise which events we will have tickets for - All events will be made available on the Blue Light Card website and app as soon as they are available, so please keep an eye out. 

How many tickets am I allowed for an event?

You can select the amount of tickets you want when you enter a ballot or book tickets. If the event page states ‘A Pair of Tickets to X event’ you will have x1 entry for x2 tickets.

Amounts will vary between events depending on availability and time scale. It is limited to a maximum of 5.

It is only one booking per member. Any double bookings will be cancelled and put back into the pot to be booked.

Why is/has Blue Light Tickets merged with Blue Light Card?

Blue Light Tickets was first introduced by Blue Light Card in 2020 as a way of saying thank you to frontline workers for their tireless dedication during the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, due to its success, we feel it’s the right time to join forces so that all Blue Light Card holders can enjoy these great events and ticket perks too!

What’s happening to the Blue Light Tickets Website?

The Blue Light Tickets website will no longer exist, you will be able to access Blue Light Tickets events via your Blue Light Card account.

Blue Light Tickets is now integrated with Blue Light Card. This means that everything is on one place, and easier for you to find events by logging in to your Blue Light Card account!

No, first you must become a verified Blue Light Card member to gain continued access to events with Blue Light Tickets.
