There are a few steps you can follow that can help resolve issues with the Blue Light Card app.Â

Clear your browser cache and cookies - Even when using our app, your device's browser can affect how things load. Make sure to select "for all time" or equivalent.

Update to the latest version - Uninstall the Blue Light Card app, then download and install it fresh from the App Store or Google Play Store. Lots of issues clear up once you're on the current version.

Update your device's operating system - Sometimes installing the latest version of your phone's operating system can help.

Restart your device - What troubleshooting would be complete without "turning it off and on again" 😉
 - Disable any VPNs, DNS proxies, or Ad Blockers - If you're using one, try temporarily turning it off whilst using our app or website.
