📋 How to verify your eligibility

Before your Blue Light Card is issued, we need to confirm you're eligible. Here's how to complete your eligibility verification.

1. Go to the verification section - you'll be prompted to do this as part of your sign-up journey, or you can access it directly via the app or website.
    
2. Choose your document - check our eligibility guide to see which documents we accept for your role and sector.
   • If you have a promo code, please follow the guide here
      
3. Upload your proof of employment - make sure your document clearly shows your full name, place of work and any relevant dates.

4. Wait for confirmation - we'll email you once your verification is complete.
