Getting your document accepted first time is all about submitting a clear, complete image. Follow these tips before you upload.
Take a clear photo
- Lay your document flat on a plain, dark surface before photographing it
- Make sure the whole document is in the frame - don't crop any edges
- Check the image is in focus and all text is easy to read
- Avoid glare from windows or overhead lights
Your file must be no larger than 5MB. If your file is too large, try compressing it or taking a fresh photo with your camera app rather than a screenshot.
Make sure the right information is visible
Your document must clearly show:
- Your full name
- Your place of work
- Any relevant dates
