You're eligible if you're currently working as a Personal Assistant (PA) with Independent Living Group (ILG).
Because this category is exclusive to ILG PAs, we’ll need to confirm your employment with ILG when you apply. For more information on ILG and how you can get membership with them, please visit their website.
One more thing to note: Personal Assistants can sign up here under the Social Care category

Volunteers are not eligible under this category
Recipients of DWP Carer's Allowance are not eligible under this category - this category is for employed Personal Assistants with ILG only
