If you're seeing an error when trying to upload your ID, there are a few things worth trying before getting in touch.
- Check that your file meets our requirements - your file must be no larger than 5MB, and your image must be clear and easy to read. For full guidance, see our Best ID tips article before you upload.
- Clear your cache and cookies - stored data can sometimes cause upload issues. Clear your cache and cookies, log back in and try again.
- Try again - once you've worked through the above, attempt the upload again.
