If you’re having trouble using a discount, it helps to know which types of offers you want to redeem. Here’s a quick guide to the different types of offers available!

Discount codes
You’ll receive a unique code to enter at checkout on the partner’s website. If you’re having trouble getting your code to work, see our discount code troubleshooting articles. You’ll know you have a discount code offer when you select ‘Copy Discount Code’ on the app or website like below!

Dedicated website
Follow the link from the Blue Light Card app or website to visit the partner’s site with your discount already applied. If you need assistance with your dedicated link, see our dedicated link troubleshooting article. You’ll know you have a dedicated website offer when you open the offer and see the ‘Get Discount’ button, as shown below:

Local Offers

Show your Blue Light Card - digital or physical - in participating stores to access the discount. Check the offer page in the app for a list of participating locations. See our Offers Near You! article for tips!

Shopping Cards
Purchase a discounted Shopping Card to use at participating retailers. The value of the card is loaded instantly and can be used in-store or online. See our Shopping Cards section for more information.

Cinema vouchers
Purchase discounted cinema vouchers through the Blue Light Card app or website. Vouchers can be used at participating cinemas - check the offer page for terms and participating venues. See our Cinema section for more information.

Blue Light Tickets
Discounted tickets work like a dedicated website offer. Follow the link to the ticket provider’s site to get your discount.

Some tickets are allocated by ballot. To enter, select the ‘Enter ballot’ button:

Member Days

Exclusive days where top UK attractions open just for Blue Light Card members, with shorter queues and smaller crowds. Tickets are limited and first come, first served. Find out more in our Member Days FAQ article.
